DESCRIPTION:Hi\,\n\nI am a location scout working with Factory films\, here
  in Indy.  Here is a link to their website:\n\nwww.factoryfilm.net\n\nWe 
 are filming a commercial for the Secretary of State  (It's a non partisan
  ad\, focusing on security at polling sites.) We would bring in voting sta
 tions to set up in the hall and film our actors "voting".\n\nI am a former
  West Drive resident and live in Cottage Home and thought the Woodruff Tow
 n Hall would be a great location for this project.\n\nWed like to request 
 the Hall for Friday\, February 21st from approximately 7:30am until 3p. We
  would most likely eat lunch at the Hall before moving to our 2nd location
 .\n\nWe have a crew of approximately 20. Agency and talent total approxima
 tely 15.  For a total of 35 people.\n\n\n\n\nCert of Insurance:  We will
  provide you with a Cert of Insurance.\n\nVehicles:  We have one lighting
  truck and a prop truck (Usually a rental truck). We also have two vans an
 d approximately 12-14 regular vehicles.\n\nThanks for your reply.  I took
  a few reference photos today of the hall and our Agency thinks its a grea
 t space!\n\nPlease call me at your convenience to discuss any questions yo
 u may have.  If there is a chance I could know in the next day or two if
